Description

Treat yourself to a wellness and reconnection break during your stay with an experience combining movement and discovery. The day begins with a yoga class (Hatha) suitable for all levels, led by a caring instructor in a relaxing space. The focus is on breathing, mobility, and releasing tension, allowing you to gently reconnect with your body and the surrounding nature. You will be picked up at the reception of your hotel and then dropped off at the beach where the yoga class will take place. The yoga session lasts about 1 hour, mats are provided, and the yoga instructor speaks English and French. After the class, it's time for a small snack, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients: coconut water or an assortment of fresh fruit and artisanal chips... An ideal moment to chat, relax, and enjoy the local atmosphere. Then you will be picked up again by the driver, who will take you to the Vallée de Mai, where your live guide will be waiting for you. Vallée de Mai is a tropical forest, partly primary, composed mainly of palm trees endemic to the archipelago, some of which have survived through the ages since prehistory. Immerse yourself in this world that is unique in the world. Among these palm trees is the famous Coco de Mer, the plant that produces the largest seed in the plant world. This forest is special because of its current state, which is very similar to all the forests that covered the planet's surface during the prehistoric era. This unique area has earned it global recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site is home to several species of palm trees as well as many animal species, some of which are endemic to the Seychelles, such as the endangered Seychelles parrot, or various birds and reptiles, including different varieties of geckos. Our live guides, who are passionate about nature, ecology, and the history of the Seychelles, will share their in-depth knowledge of the park's flora and fauna with you. The guided visit starts at the entrance of the park and lasts about 1.5 hours. Don't hesitate any longer and treat yourself to this half-day excursion that will allow you to discover Seychelles nature from a different perspective. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or with friends, this experience is designed to be real me-time, far from the tourist hustle and bustle.
