There are no tropical diseases in Seychelles and unless you have passed through a country where there is a risk of Yellow Fever, Malaria or Cholera, there is no need for the vaccination.
Tap water is drinkable on some of the islands but it is best to check depending on the area that you are staying in. Otherwise, there is a very good local bottled water that you can buy in nearly any of the local shops.
There are no dangerous or poisonous spiders or snakes on any of the islands.
