Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments Beau Vallon Beach Seychelles

Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments sits on Panorama Road in Mare Anglaise, directly across from Beau Vallon Beach on Mahé, Seychelles. The property has a relaxed island character, with accommodation set close to the sand, tropical gardens and the granite slopes of the island interior. Beach views extend towards Silhouette Island, while the surrounding area offers the sound of waves, birds and evening sunsets.

The accommodation combines traditional guesthouse rooms with spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. Guest rooms are positioned on the ground floor and have private entrances, beach views, air conditioning, fans, a minifridge, tea and coffee facilities, a safe and an en-suite shower room. Superior rooms provide additional space and extra-length beds, with twin-bed arrangements also available.

The apartments are designed for longer or more independent stays. Each has a private entrance, an open-plan living area, dining space, lounge and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. Bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers. Balconies or terraces provide either sea or garden views, with ground-floor units opening directly onto the gardens.

A traditional verandah runs along the front and side of the original Creole home, creating an outdoor area with tables and chairs. A water bar and small library add to the informal, home-like atmosphere. Wi-Fi is available from the accommodation and verandah, and drinking water is provided for bottle refills.

The property follows a practical approach to sustainable hospitality, using solar water heating, LED lighting, water-saving measures and recycling. Cross-ventilation and fans support natural cooling, while local services, food and drink providers, excursions and outdoor activities are part of the wider Beau Vallon community. Swimming, snorkelling, nature walks and hiking are among the activities promoted in the area.

Panorama suits couples, families and independent travellers looking for a straightforward beach stay with self-catering options, outdoor space and a local family atmosphere. A minimum stay of three nights applies.
